Prosperity One Financial Group

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, platforms, portals, products, subscriptions, communications, training resources, digital products, and other services provided by Prosperity One Financial Group LLC (“Prosperity One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using a Prosperity One website or platform, establishing an account, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using a service that references these Terms, you agree to these Terms.

Certain services may also be subject to an engagement letter, order form, subscription agreement, service bureau agreement, partner agreement, software agreement, training agreement, or other written contract. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms concerning the service covered by that agreement, the specific written agreement controls.

1. Prosperity One Services

Prosperity One may provide or facilitate services including, depending on availability:

  • Tax preparation and related tax services
  • Business finance and growth advisory services
  • People and workforce strategy services
  • Tax-professional and practice-development services
  • Tax software and related technology
  • Service-bureau and partner programs
  • Business-launch and practice-development programs
  • Training, educational programs, courses, and communities
  • Digital products, templates, resources, and tools
  • Customer relationship management and business-operation technology
  • Other professional or business services

The availability, scope, pricing, and specific terms of services may change.

2. Professional Engagements

Accessing our website, requesting information, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or creating an account does not by itself establish a tax-preparation, advisory, professional-services, fiduciary, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

A professional engagement is established only when Prosperity One accepts the engagement under the applicable engagement process or agreement.

The scope of an engagement is limited to the services expressly identified in the applicable engagement letter, agreement, order, or written confirmation.

3. Tax Services

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the preparation or performance of tax services.

Unless specifically included in a written engagement:

  • Prosperity One does not independently audit or verify every item supplied by a client
  • Submission of information does not mean a tax return has been prepared
  • Preparation of a return does not mean the return has been filed
  • A return is not considered filed merely because documents were uploaded, signed, or reviewed
  • Government processing times, acceptance, refunds, credits, audit outcomes, or other governmental actions cannot be guaranteed

Tax laws and administrative guidance change, and outcomes depend upon individual circumstances.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Prosperity One does not guarantee any particular tax refund, tax savings, revenue level, business result, funding result, customer acquisition level, financial result, regulatory approval, EFIN approval, PTIN issuance, software performance, or other outcome unless an express written guarantee is separately provided by an authorized representative of Prosperity One.

Business, tax, financial, technology, and operational decisions inherently involve risks and circumstances outside Prosperity One’s control.

5. Educational Information

Articles, videos, courses, presentations, templates, newsletters, social-media content, webinars, calculators, examples, artificial-intelligence-assisted materials, and other general educational content are provided for informational purposes.

General educational content is not a substitute for advice concerning your specific legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, regulatory, or business circumstances.

6. Account Registration and Security

Certain services may require an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain current account information
  • Protect passwords and authentication credentials
  • Restrict unauthorized access to your account
  • Promptly notify Prosperity One of suspected unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring through credentials under your control to the extent permitted by law

You may not share accounts or credentials in a manner prohibited by your applicable plan or agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Prosperity One websites, systems, platforms, software, or services to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with system security or availability
  • Scrape or extract information through unauthorized automated means
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Prosperity One
  • Resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit technology or materials except where expressly authorized
  • Use services for a purpose prohibited by an applicable service agreement

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, legal obligations, or business interests.

8. Partner, Service Bureau, Software, and Practice Programs

Participation in a Prosperity One tax-professional, service-bureau, software, practice-development, reseller, partner, academy, or similar program may require a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these general Terms, standing alone:

  • Creates a franchise
  • Creates an employment relationship
  • Creates a partnership or joint venture
  • Grants a license to use Prosperity One trademarks
  • Grants territorial exclusivity
  • Authorizes a participant to represent that it is Prosperity One
  • Authorizes the participant to bind Prosperity One contractually

Any such rights must be expressly established in a separate written agreement.

9. Third-Party Technology and Services

Prosperity One may use, integrate with, provide access to, or facilitate third-party technology and services.

These may include payment processors, communications platforms, tax software, document-storage systems, customer-management systems, artificial-intelligence tools, scheduling services, electronic-signature providers, and other technology.

Third-party services may be governed by additional terms and policies established by their providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, modifications, outages, or acts of independent third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

10. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Prices and payment terms are those presented at checkout, in an order form, invoice, subscription, proposal, engagement letter, or other applicable agreement.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges when submitting payment information.

Recurring subscriptions may continue until canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription or service terms.

Taxes, processing charges, usage charges, telecommunications charges, or other disclosed fees may apply where applicable.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, credit, and renewal rights vary by product or service.

The terms displayed at checkout or contained in the applicable engagement letter, subscription, order form, service agreement, or other written agreement govern cancellations and refunds for that product or service.

Where no separate policy is provided, requests will be evaluated consistent with applicable law and the nature and status of the services delivered.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Prosperity One owns or licenses the content, designs, branding, processes, training materials, templates, software configurations, documentation, graphics, text, videos, educational materials, and other intellectual property made available through its websites and services.

Access to Prosperity One material does not transfer ownership.

You may use materials only within the rights granted by your applicable purchase, subscription, license, or agreement.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit protected Prosperity One material without authorization.
